1. Tax Exemption Policy
Customers wishing to make a tax-exempt purchase must first submit a valid tax exemption form to bellesimplementsllc@gmail.com before completing their order.
Once the exemption form is received and verified, a coupon code will be issued to remove sales tax at checkout.
Please note that sales tax cannot be refunded or removed after a purchase is completed without prior verification.
2. Return Policy
All returns are subject to a 40% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping and processing fees.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned item, with applicable fees deducted.
3. Post-Purchase Communication
After your order is complete, a representative from Belles Implements will contact you to confirm order details, arrange delivery or shipping, and provide any necessary follow-up information.
